HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
Any changes to shipping costs or free shipping offers will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout before you complete your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–25 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. For some international destinations, delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on customs, local carriers, and other factors outside our control.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship to many destinations worldwide. Available delivery options may vary depending on your shipping address.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Delivery to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or military addresses may be limited depending on the destination and carrier.
If your address is not accepted at checkout or if delivery is unavailable, please use an alternative shipping address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK?
Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after your order has shipped.
If your tracking number does not update right away, this does not necessarily mean your package is lost. Tracking may be delayed by the carrier, customs, or local postal service.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
Please first check with your local post office, courier, neighbors, household members, building reception, front desk, or mailroom.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@lumblelove.com so we can review the tracking information and assist you.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@lumblelove.com.
In some cases, we may need to wait for confirmation from the shipping carrier before offering a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?
Yes, in some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen when items are shipped from different fulfillment locations or processed separately. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information when available.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
You may request to change your shipping address within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
If your order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or other charges depending on your country or region. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.
IS EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

ARE ALL ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
No. Certain items cannot be returned unless required by applicable law, including gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, final sale items, used or washed items, damaged items, and items returned after 30 days from delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some plushies and soft products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, washed, or removed from their original packaging, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING?

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos or videos of the product, and photos of the packaging and shipping label.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS TAKE?
Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund, replacement, or other suitable solution as soon as possible.
Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
ARE PLUSHIE SIZES EXACT?
Plushie measurements may vary slightly due to soft stuffing, packaging, and manual measurement.
Please check the product description before ordering and allow small size differences.
